What we collect
- Account details: email address and display name.
- Memberships: which channels you belong to, renewal and cancellation dates.
- Listening: track, channel, a random session ID, seconds listened and whether it was a preview. We do not store IP addresses or playback links with listening records.
- Artists: channel details, uploaded music, rights declarations and supporting documents, which stay private.
What artists can see
Artists see totals for their own channel: member counts, new members, cancellations and listening. Paying for a membership does not mean you agreed to marketing. Artists cannot export your email unless you separately opt in.
Payments
Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by CHNLS.
Your choices
You can cancel memberships, delete playlists and ask us to delete your account through the support page.
