Recurring payments
Draft for legal review. This wording was prepared as a starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The legal entity name, registered address and contact details are not yet confirmed.
- Who you pay: the artist who runs the channel. Their name is shown before you pay.
- How often: monthly, in US dollars, at the price shown at checkout.
- Price changes: if an artist changes their price, your existing membership keeps the price you joined at.
- Cancelling: cancel any time from your Library. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Failed payments: if a renewal fails, access stops after a short retry period. It doesn't continue indefinitely.
- Refunds: refund policy not yet finalized.
- Channel closure: if a channel closes, its memberships are cancelled and members are told by email. No further charges are made.
Paid memberships are not switched on yet. Demo channels are free and clearly labeled.
